His coaching practice is informed by over a decade as a strategy and growth coach, CProductO at Dynamo MortgageTech from launch to exit, and as an international leader with HSBC. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, a BSc in Experimental Psychology, and coaching designations of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and ACC with the ICF
