The Challenge: As Outbrain rapidly scaled, its growing team of managers faced the challenge of developing leadership skills that truly embodied the company’s unique culture and values. They needed a programme that would equip them to lead with confidence, consistency, and integrity as the organisation expanded.
Our Solution: We crafted an immersive, three-day leadership program that went beyond traditional training. Day one focused on deeply aligning managers with Outbrain’s core culture, reinforcing shared values that would inspire and unify their leadership approach. On day two, we tackled essential skills, with hands-on training in feedback and coaching—key tools for effective, empowered leadership. Finally, day three brought it all together with experiential role-play, allowing managers to put their skills into practice in a dynamic, real-world setting.
