As an organisation change consultant, Andrea has operated as a people change manager in a number of global technology change programmes. She led the organisation design and change activities to support the creation of a big data spin off organisation for a global telecommunications business. More recently, she has been instrumental in creating the operating model and leadership strategies to support the development of a gene therapy manufacturing business, which grew from 2 founders to an international NASDAQ listed business in 3 years.
Andrea is an experienced individual executive and team coach focusing on the development of senior leaders and management teams. She uses a specialist approach to coaching, based on building effective relationships to enable her clients to enhance their inter- personal relationships. In recent years, Andrea has deepened her understanding of the process and source of the human experience and now brings this into all her coaching work. Providing clients with the understanding of where their experience comes from, as well as the clarity that they have all the inner resilience they need, truly enables them to see what change is possible.
Her early career spans 18 years in two international blue-chip companies. She combines a powerful blend of deep business acumen and pragmatic solutions to support change in both organisations and individuals. She coaches extensively in developing effective relationships; leadership style; influencing; career transition; change and people management.
Her style reflects her enthusiasm to free and develop the potential in all her clients. She offers a true safe place for all her clients, while adding healthy doses of humour, energy, challenge and mischief! She has great capacity for tuning into her clients at an insightful and intuitive level, enabling them to find their way forward.
