Caroline Rae is a trusted executive coach, trainer and consultant with a global client base. She specialises in supporting talented, high achieving individuals and teams to develop as leaders and successfully navigate their careers so they can powerfully lead themselves and others and thrive in the constantly changing world of work and business.

Caroline works with leaders and executives in national, international and multinational high growth tech, professional services and finance companies as well as government and non-governmental organisations. Clients describe her coaching style as warm, open, and curious whilst also being challenging and thought provoking. She is a strong advocate for collaboration and creating positive change for individuals, teams and business and believes that successful organisations are purpose-led, progressive and have the power to create lasting change. 

 Caroline is an experienced leader with a proven track record in recruiting, developing and leading high performing teams that deliver outstanding results. She began her career in marketing communications, tackling some of the most significant health and social challenges in the UK, developing a deep understanding of the complex nature of creating and sustaining behaviour change. Caroline went on to manage business relationships and industry partnerships on behalf of 10 Downing Street, before leading the successful spin out of the government's Tech City UK initiative (now Tech Nation) and becoming a founding board director.
