Georgia Russell

Spinach Founder - Coach & Facilitator

Since the age of twelve, Georgia has had a very successful professional acting career performing in lead roles in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Mary Poppins and The Sound of Music in London’s West End. Since Graduating from The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, she has worked extensively as an actor coach for The Russell Partnership and joined full time as their Client Services director in 2019.

Her extensive work coaching and training companies such as Nationwide, JustEast, JTI and Outbrain have allowed her to travel and work with high level members of corporations improving their ‘people’ skills and taking them to deep levels of self reflection and growth. Georgia prides herself on her ability to balance a highly empathetic nature, whilst directly challenging those she’s working with. She has a deep enthusiasm and drive to achieve the best for herself and those she’s working alongside.

At the beginning of the global pandemic in 2020, she founded Spinach - which originally started as a pro bono coaching offering to support the businesses clients who were struggling to cope in times of such extreme change and uncertainty. Since then she has worked hard to develop the product and bring it to market. Georgia also works closely to the product and is a graduate of ‘Co-active coaching’, having trained via the Coaches Training institute.
