Idil Sheytanoglou

COACH

Idil is an independent coach and facilitator specialising in Leadership. She has been training since 2001 and coaching since 2013. Her clients ranges from individual contributors to board level executives. Her portfolio includes clients from the FMCG (PMI, Unilever, CCI) Pharmaceuticals (GSK, Merck, Novartis) Oil and Gas (SLB, Total) and Others (SAP, Tetra Pak)

Prior to her international coaching and training career, she worked as a manager at The Management Centre of Mediterranean in Cyprus which involved working closely with stakeholders such as UNDP and EU. She has a proven a proven record of successful programmes specializing in capacity building. She started her professional career as a lecturer in Management at the Eastern Mediterranean University.

Idil is passionate about her work and creating space for meaningful work and positive impact. She is a co-founder of a pioneering nursery in Cyprus and has helped set up many NGOs for women and rural areas. Idil is currently sitting on the board of directors for several not-for-profit and serves at Stelios Foundation.

Idil has more than 4000 hours of training and more than 1000 hours of one-to-one coaching experience. When facilitating she applies a human-centric approach by keeping the learner central to the process. She uses a range of styles and adapts her technique accordingly.

Idil has several coaching certifications and practices transformational coaching. She helps clients live their best life and increase performance. Idil focuses on what people do well and takes great pleasure in discovering and capitalizing on all individual’s unique assets and abilities.

Her understanding of business principles and organisational dynamics allow her to guide clients into taking actionable steps towards their goals and become change agents within their organisations and communities.
