James Hall

Managing Director

James is a business coach, facilitator and consultant, bringing with him a hands-on, practical style that blends challenge with a human approach, knowing that we all see and experience things differently. He believes that key to happiness and success , both professionally and personally, are the relationships we nurture and enjoy and this philosophy is core to his approach when working with clients.

James has enjoyed over 25 years of experience working in global organisations, such as The Walt Disney Company and Kimberly-Clark, and entrepreneurial SMEs. In that time he built a successful career in the commercial arena, starting with ‘carrying the bag’ in the mid-90s through to senior executive and Board level roles more recently. He will regularly call upon his own experiences when working with groups.

For the past decade James has worked as a consultant for a leading training and management consultancy, feeding his passion for developing people whilst building an expertise in the areas of coaching, facilitating and consulting. He has delivered workshops in multiple countries and cultures, across a wide variety of industries and organisations

Having always been recognised for his skill with people, he brings an approach that is both nurturing and challenging and looks forward to helping you support your people.

Outside of work James relaxes by walking his dog Freddie and loves spending time with family and friends, which might include the odd glass of wine!
