Régis is an Executive and Leadership coach as well as a facilitator. His passion and experience for coaching emerged while he was working at Leadership Circle Europe where he, amongst other responsibilities, guided coaches and actively participated in their certification process. Regis works with top-managers and executives of leading, international companies on their personal, career and professional development path.
His coaching style is defined by his keen listening skills and thought-provoking inquiries, dedicated and trustworthy, while his passion for empowering others is truly genuine.
Being born in France from a Spanish family, having lived in various regions (including the UK, Scandinavia, Eastern Africa and Spain) and having both studied and worked in multicultural environments, has given Regis a broad understanding and acute appreciation of intercultural challenges in an everyday more globalized business world. He speaks 5 languages and mainly works in French, English and Spanish.
