Rhiannon Harfoot
COACH & Facilitator
Rhiannon is a facilitator, coach and consultant with a passion for supporting organisations to understand and transform their culture through deep behavioural change at all levels.
Her interest in all things culture, leadership and performance was sparked during her 15 year stint as a Director at Barclays, spanning a range of commercial and operational leadership roles – she knows first hand the privileges and challenges of leading teams large and small! She made the move into the consulting and people development world after running a large regulatory programme at Barclays which gave her the opportunity to drive cultural change from within and has since worked with organisations from multiple sectors ranging from utilities to consumer bodies, insurance to housing associations, banking to building standards regulators.
Her guiding principle in all she does is making things really practical, having experienced working with consultants and sitting in development workshops where content was theoretical and drove little change. Rhiannon’s professional but personable nature means she connects with individuals at all levels in an organisation with ease. She’s a skilled presenter and facilitator with a wealth of experience in running sessions from team and strategy days with Board and Exec teams, training interventions at all levels and large-scale leadership events. She also coaches leaders from acrossher client base to support develop and drive change.
