From hungry start up, to world leading

food delivery platform

In the beginning, Just Eat was a small team with big ambitions. Full of energy and personality, they wanted to build a high-performance culture and scale at pace. They knew they needed to find an advisor they could really trust with an appetite for creativity and challenge that would match their own.

We were privileged to travel on the journey with Just Eat over a number of years in the run-up to their IPO at £1.9 billion. The company continues to go from strength to strength today.

The Solution

After the success of our flagship ‘sweet and sour selling’ programme, we went on to coach the executive team and create their management training and a global programme for sales directors. But there needed to be more.

To build a cohesive and high-performing team across the organisation, Just Eat needed to come together around a strong shared vision. We dug deep to help the team define their values and purpose, creating a ‘lighthouse’ which translated values into key behaviours. As employees understood and adopted a strong motivation for being part of the business, they were the driving force in accelerating growth.

“The Russell Partnership has delivered to the highest standard. We feel we have a solid business partnership built upon trust, respect and a deep-rooted understanding of our core business.”
