Co-Founder, facilitator & Coach

Rose is one of the founding directors of The Russell Partnership, working with clients as a coach, facilitator and actor. Rose believes that as we swim in this digital revolution and VUCA environment, coaching allows people to press pause on the fast paced ‘hamster wheel’ of life bringing them to a place of awareness, choice and change. This enables her clients to identify limiting patterns that may not be serving them and develop enabling beliefs that will allow them to discover their true potential. Rose employs a customer centric approach and flexible style and in the process of ‘taking the fish out of the water’, enables clients to see more clearly. Specialising in the transformative work of ‘being your best’ she always brings a smile and sense of fun to her work.

Working with a range of clients and a cross section of managers and senior leaders, Rose is known for her calmness, positive energy, intuition and integrity. Inspiring, insightful and engaging are words often used by clients when working with Rose. Rose is a graduate of “Co-active coaching”, having trained via the Coaches Training Institute and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She is also a Certified Practitioner for The Leadership Circle Profile and the Leadership Circle Culture Survey and in Hogan (HPI, HDS & MVPI). Prior to founding The Russell Partnership, Rose ran her own inventory business after several years as the Chief Executive of the Russell household and Mother to the Russell children; one of the most demanding jobs in the world! Outside of work Rose enjoys cooking, eating out, the theatre, art and creative practice in all its forms. Most of all she loves to spend time with her family and in particular playing table tennis with them (and sometimes winning!)
